Technical Assistance with the SRS Application
Submit a helpdesk ticket if the Knowledge Base doesn’t help.
- When reporting an issue:
- Select a category
- Add a subject
- Include:
- Your name and your username, if this issue is account related.
- Name and/or SRS or state ID of students experiencing SRS issues.
- What form is being worked on for the specific student.
The SRS Helpdesk will never ask for your password.
SRS Training Sessions
Training sessions for using the SRS Software are scheduled with each ESU for times in August and September. These sessions are for both IDEA and 504. Please contact your ESU if you would like to join one of these sessions.
All of the training documents are available in the Knowledge base for use at any time for the district and/or individuals.
The trainings include:
- The New User Training List
- The Admin Training List
- The ADVISER Users
- The Canvas course titled SRS IDEA is also available.
- There is a separate module for each of the three sections with an Immersive reader option so you can stop and start for discussion as needed.
