E-Rate Elite Services, Inc. (EES), is a registered E-Rate consultant (Registration #: 16024803) with the Schools & Libraries Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC.) EES has managed E-Rate funding and telecommunications audits in excess of $800 million in 28 states across the country since its inception in 2001.

For more than nineteen (19) years E-Rate Elite Services, Inc. has provided E-Rate management consulting, appeal/audit representation and project management services. Our clients range from private organizations to large public school districts and library systems with complex budget and procurements. Several of our clients are listed among the top 100 largest school districts in the United States. Our services will be tailored to fit the needs of your schools or libraries. These services include: consulting on technology planning, form preparation/submission, appeals, audit representation, compliance management, monthly newsletters, training sessions, online access to your account, and a designated account manager to a host of other client benefits.

With E-Rate Elite Services, compliance is first, yet we never neglect to advise, train and coach our clients on how to leverage E-Rate funding. Our expertise is our ability to maintain compliance and maximize funding. EES works with large school districts to train, staff and integrate involved departments (information technology, nutrition services, accounting, and procurement) on proper E-Rate procedures specific to their district.

Our work is performed out of our office located at 10989 Red Run Blvd. Suite 202, Owings Mills, MD 21117. We have four professional staff dedicated to E-Rate Consulting as well as additional clerical and administrative staff.
